Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Regularly update databases to reflect current data.
  • Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics. Provide insights to the sales team and management for strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as finance, logistics, and marketing. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize CRM and sales support tools to manage sales data, track leads, and streamline processes. Train team members on effective tool usage.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales staff and provide ongoing training on processes and systems. Help create a productive work environment.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales workflow. Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
