Job Description

Senior BaristaWe are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead daily coffee operations and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso, specialty drinks, and manual brews.
  • Dial in espresso and maintain recipe consistency.
  • Train and guide junior baristas.
  • Maintain coffee equipment, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Manage bar inventory and follow SOPs.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Support smooth café operations during busy hours.

Requirements: 2–3+ years of barista experience, strong specialty coffee knowledge, good communication and leadership skills, and a passion for coffee.(Local Prefer )
