Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via calls, LinkedIn, email, and field visits
- Pitch ERP solutions to prospective clients
- Schedule/conduct demos with technical team support
- Follow up on proposals and close deals
- Maintain CRM and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 0–3 years in B2B/software sales
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with cold calling
- Self-motivated and target-driven
