Job Title: Cafe Staff / All-Rounder

Crepe Factory French Cafe is hiring energetic, disciplined and customer-friendly staff for our Vadodara outlet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and assist with billing
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per cafe standards
• Assist in making crepes, waffles, sandwiches, pasta, beverages and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter and dining area
• Handle food preparation and basic kitchen work
• Follow FIFO, food safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintain proper stock and inform management about low inventory
• Pack Zomato/Swiggy and takeaway orders correctly
• Greet customers politely and provide good customer service
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift
• Support other team members during busy hours

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Experience in cafe, restaurant, QSR, bakery or food service is preferred
• Must be hardworking, punctual and disciplined
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic Hindi required; Gujarati/English is an advantage
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Must maintain personal hygiene and professional behaviour
• Candidates should be willing to learn multiple cafe operations
