Job Description
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- CCNA / CCNP, ITIL, or other networking certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Project Management.
- Strong experience in LAN/WAN, switching, routing, Wi-Fi, fiber optics, CCTV, structured cabling, data center and network infrastructure.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, client coordination and team leadership.
- Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and project documentation.
- Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in CCTV / Security Surveillance / ELV projects.
- Experience with IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, VMS, PoE switches, networking and fiber optic connectivity.
- Hands-on knowledge of Hikvision, CP Plus, Hik-Central or similar CCTV systems.
- Good understanding of IP addressing, VLAN, routing, switching, PoE and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in camera configuration, NVR/HDD configuration, recording and playback troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose fiber, network, camera, switch and NVR-related issues at L2 level.
- Experience in site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and AMC/MSP support.
- Ability to prepare CCTV inventory, network diagrams, camera mapping, reports and technical documentation.
- Good communication, customer coordination and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA / Networking certification
- CCTV/VMS manufacturer certification
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
- ITIL / relevant technical certification
