Job Description
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls and email.
- Respond professionally and provide product, company and order-related information.
- Maintain and update the daily enquiry Excel sheet.
- Record enquiry status, follow-ups, quotations, orders and conversions.
- Follow up with new enquiries and existing customers.
- Prepare or coordinate quotations and share product details/catalogues.
- Coordinate with factory/production team for order processing and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team and provide customers timely order updates.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Maintain customer database, enquiry records and communication history.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly enquiry, sales and dispatch reports.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and orders until closure.
- Support sales/business development activities as required.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
