Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Collection Supervisor for our Vadodara location.
The candidate will be responsible for handling and supervising collection activities across multiple accounts throughout the month, covering both secured and unsecured loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor collection activities for multiple accounts.
- Handle both secured and unsecured products.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection against assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with the field team and monitor daily performance.
- Track collection targets and provide regular updates.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure proper resolution.
Candidates with relevant experience in the collection field and good team-handling skills will be preferred.
