Humein Manjusar, Savli aur Samlaya (Vadodara, Gujarat) ke aas-paas ke areas ke liye ek responsible aur experienced Supervisor ki zarurat hai, jo hamari Contract Labour Team ko efficiently manage kar sake.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manpower Recruitment: Naye manpower ki sourcing, selection aur recruitment karne ki ability honi chahiye.
✅ Skilled, Unskilled, Helper aur Outstation Manpower: Dusre states se bhi manpower arrange karne aur laane ki planning kar sake.
✅ Manpower Management: Daily manpower ki availability manage karna aur workers ko sahi location par deploy karna.
✅ Joining Formalities: Naye workers ki joining process, documentation aur zaroori formalities complete karna.
✅ Labour Records & Registers: Sabhi labour records aur statutory registers ko properly maintain karna.
📍 Job Location: Manjusar, Savli, Samlaya (Vadodara, Gujarat)
👨💼 Experience: Labour management aur labour contracting ka experience rakhne wale candidates ko preference di jayegi.
