*Job Role:* Customer Service Executive - Voice Process
*Location:* Vadodara (Work From Office)
*Salary:* ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 CTC Per Month (Based on BPO Experience & Interview Performance)
*Requirements:*
✓ Minimum 1 Year Experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
✓ Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English
✓ Flexibility to Work in 24*7 Environment - Night Shifts & Rotational Offs
✓ Local Candidates Only - Transport Boundary Within 30 Kms
✓ Immediate Joiners Only
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound / outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries & provide accurate resolution
- Ensure proper call documentation
