📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate factory workers and daily production activities.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Inspect production processes and finished products for quality control.
• Train, guide, and evaluate factory staff.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and workforce allocation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.
• Maintain production records and prepare operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Diploma holder with minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of factory supervision, manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations.
• Familiarity with sheet metal working and production processes.
• Should be capable of coordinating workers and managing daily factory activities.
• Good understanding of quality, safety, production control, and workforce management.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, as per skill and experience.
