Job Description

iring: Field Sales Executive – Business Loan (DSA Vertical)

We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to drive Business Loan sales through the DSA channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business loan leads through DSAs and channel partners.
  • Onboard new DSAs and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Source business loan applications from self-employed customers and business owners.
  • Conduct field visits and expand the sourcing network.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Loans, SME/MSME Loans, NBFC sales, or DSA sales preferred.
  • Strong field sales and relationship management skills.
  • Good local market knowledge and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: Fixed pay + incentives
