Export Import Executive


Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: ₹10,000–₹22,000 per month (In-Hand)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Education: Diploma / Graduate

Language: Basic English


Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated Export Import Executive to support our export and import operations. Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced candidates with relevant EXIM knowledge are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Handle export and import-related documentation and coordination.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders and other stakeholders.

Maintain shipment records and track import/export shipments.

Assist with invoices, packing lists and other required documents.

Support customs clearance and logistics-related activities.

Ensure timely completion of daily EXIM operations.

Maintain proper records and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Graduate in any relevant field.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Basic English communication skills.

Good coordination and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn export-import processes.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
