IT Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical IT Executive who can manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, POS systems, software operations, data analytics, and digital platforms across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge along with analytical and reporting skills to support operational decision-making.

IT Operations & Support

• Manage and maintain POS systems, billing software, ERP, and outlet IT operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for software updates, AMC, and technical support.
• Ensure smooth functioning of systems across all outlets and Head Office.
• Monitor internet connectivity, CCTV systems, printers, and biometric devices.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Analyze sales data, inventory movement, customer trends, and outlet performance.
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Identify operational gaps through data analysis and suggest improvements.
• Support management with forecasting and business insights.

Software & Digital Platforms

• Manage third-party delivery platform integrations such as Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
• Handle menu updates, pricing updates, and backend panel management.
• Coordinate with CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and system synchronization.

System Management & Security

• Maintain data backups and ensure system security.
• Monitor user access controls and IT compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and licenses.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of POS systems and ERP software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multi-outlet operations efficiently.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field.
• Certification in Data Analytics, Networking, or System Administration will be preferred.
