IT Procurement

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely availability of required materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.

Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and other departments for material requirements.

Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.

Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Verify material specifications, quality, quantity, and delivery schedules.

Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Resolve purchase-related issues such as delays, shortages, and quality concerns.

Track procurement costs and support cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in any relevant field.

1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase is preferred.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/purchasing software.

Good vendor management and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
