Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our sales, service and office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and routine documents
  • Basic entries and invoicing in Tally
  • Maintain customer and order records
  • Update Excel sheets and MIS reports
  • Handle filing, scanning and document management
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams
  • Follow up on quotations, orders and service requests
  • Assist with order processing and dispatch documentation
  • Update company systems and maintain records
  • RequirementsBasic Tally knowledge is required
  • Basic MS Excel / computer skills
  • Good communication and numerical ability
  • Attention to detail and organised approach
  • Willingness to learn

Training will be provided for products, systems and internal processes.
