Job Description
Job Description - We are looking for a Junior HR Executive primarily responsible for recruitment and hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare job postings
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities
- Assist with basic HR documentation and employee records
- Requirements1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with a manpower consultancy / recruitment agency is preferred
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making recruitment calls and following up with candidates
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Apna and Naukri
- Basic MS Excel / computer skills
- Proactive, organised and target-oriented approach
Primary Focus: Candidate Sourcing, Recruitment & Hiring
Candidates with strong recruitment experience from manpower consultancies are especially encouraged to apply.
