Lead/ Area Lead - Mechanical Engineering Package (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineering of HVAC systems for oil & gas facilities in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
• Perform detailed HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare and review HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and EPC project teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Support procurement activities by preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendor proposals.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project-specific quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD, Revit etc.).
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale industrial projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in onshore oil & gas facilities.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in HVAC design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
