  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Field Sales, Business Loan, MSME Loan ya Banking/NBFC sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation aur convincing skills.
  • Market mein travel karne aur field visits karne ki willingness.
  • Basic smartphone, Excel aur CRM reporting knowledge.
  • Local market aur business customer base ki understanding.
  • Two-wheeler aur valid driving licence preferred, agar field role ke liye required ho.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily field visits aur customer meetings.
  • Monthly qualified leads generated.
  • Monthly loan login aur documentation quality.
  • Monthly sanction aur disbursement achievement.
  • Lead-to-login aur login-to-disbursement conversion.
