Office Boy / Peon

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Office Boy with a basic understanding of electrification and automation prior experience in a similar industry. The ideal candidate will manage office documentation, stock, the pantry area, and handle the delivery of lighting goods to ongoing project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Site Deliveries: Safely deliver lights and lighting-related goods to active project sites.

Office & Stock Management: Handle routine office documentation and maintain accurate stock records.

Pantry Management: Manage and maintain the pantry area neatly.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrification / electrical systems, stock management, know to drive vehicle for delivery of office goods.

Language Skills: Proficiency in basic Gujarati and English.

Experience: Prior experience in a similar lighting,Automation or electrical industry is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

Training & Probation Period: The first 10 days will serve as a training and evaluation period.

Remuneration Policy:

If the candidate successfully meets the company’s performance expectations during the training period, these initial 10 days will be counted and paid as part of the monthly salary.

If the candidate does not meet the criteria, the 10 days will be treated strictly as an unpaid training period.
