Job Position: Outlet Manager
Department: Retail Operations
Location: Vadodara
Reporting To: Area Manager / Operations Head
Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for complete outlet operations, including sales, staff management, customer service, hygiene, inventory, daily reporting, and maintaining brand standards. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of outlet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Ensure front area, glass, signage, pond area, and store premises are clean and organized.
- Monitor lighting, AC, music system, and store ambience.
- Ensure proper display of sweets, snacks, namkeen, and other products.
- Verify proper tagging, MFG dates, and product freshness.
- Ensure no expired products are available in the outlet.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen, washroom, seating area, fridge, racks, and store room.
Team Management
- Monitor staff grooming, uniform, punctuality, attendance, and discipline.
- Conduct daily staff briefing regarding sales, customer service, and operational tasks.
- Ensure staff mobile submission during duty hours.
- Control overtime and maintain proper manpower planning.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and operational staff.
Sales & Customer Service
- Track daily sales and wastage reports.
- Ensure best customer service standards are maintained.
- Monitor discounts, offers, and billing accuracy.
- Review customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor online reviews from Zomato, Swiggy, and Google.
Inventory & Compliance
- Check GRN entries and vendor bills properly.
- Monitor stock levels, indent process, packaging materials, and kitchen inventory.
- Ensure housekeeping and packaging stock is maintained without overstocking.
- Ensure SOPs and Amply tasks are completed on time.
- Verify all daily operational reports and records.

- Graduate preferred
- 4–8 years of retail/F&B/QSR experience
