Job Description
Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors professionally.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Maintain visitor registers, appointments, and front-office records.(MARKETING REGISTER & STORE)
* Coordinate with security and internal departments for visitor management.
* Receive and distribute couriers and documents.
* Assist with basic administrative and HR-related tasks.
* Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
* 10/12 Pass with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office , Excel and email.
* Professional, well-groomed, courteous, and organized.
* Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
* Manufacturing/industrial experience will be an advantage.
