Job Description
A Bajaj Sales Officer for Consumer Durables drives finance options and loan sales for electronics and home appliances at retail stores. They pitch consumer loans directly to customers, sign up new buyers, and manage daily store vendor relationships to hit branch sales goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Loan Sourcing: Pitch and process consumer durable EMI finance options for shoppers buying electronics, mobile phones, and home appliances.
- Dealer Management: Build strong daily ties with local retail shop owners and dealers to make Bajaj the preferred financing choice.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan acquisition and volume goals.
- File Processing: Coordinate with internal risk and operations teams to clear customer loan files quickly and accurately.
- Portfolio Health: Monitor early payment defaults or collection issues to keep local credit delinquency low. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
