Job Description
• Manage day-to-day operations of the electrical and lighting shop.
• Attend customers and understand their lighting requirements.
• Explain product features, prices, and suitable products.
• Handle sales of:
* LED Lights
* Switches
* Fans
• Maintain proper stock and update inventory records.
• Receive, check, and arrange new electrical materials.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.
• Check product availability and coordinate with suppliers for reordering.
• Handle customer complaints and provide basic product guidance.
• Follow safety procedures while handling electrical products.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting products.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer/billing knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain stock and sales records.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• ITI Electrical candidates preferred.
