Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience growth.
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and marketing materials.
• Research social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate daily activities related to social media, marketing, and customer orders.
• Maintain records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and campaign activities.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams.
• Ensure timely responses to customers and consistent brand communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Good with softwares - Coreldraw/Illustartor/Photoshop
• Strong writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and social media trends.
• Creative thinking and an understanding of digital marketing.
• Good coordination, multitasking, and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and social media scheduling tools.
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in social media may apply.
• Experience in social media management, customer support, digital marketing, or e-commerce will be an advantage.
• Interest in sustainability, fashion, recycling, or upcycling is a plus.
