Position: Store Manager / Showroom Manager

Industry: Jewellery

Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 2–6 Years

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise showroom sales staff.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain jewellery stock, inventory records, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper display, security, and handling of jewellery products.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Maintain billing accuracy and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–6 years of relevant experience in store/showroom management.
• Jewellery or retail industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and billing procedures.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage a team effectively.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
