TeleCalling in Customer Support For Car Serviceing & insurance

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls related to car servicing and insurance
• Assist customers with service booking, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Provide accurate information on car service packages, insurance plans, renewals, and add-ons
• Support customers with insurance renewal reminders, documentation, and basic claims guidance
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and update customer records and call logs in CRM systems
• Coordinate with service centers, insurance teams, and internal departments for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to call quality standards, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly call and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow up with customers post-service or insurance interaction to ensure satisfaction

The shift is completely for full time, no part-time accepted.
