Job Description
TeleCalling in Customer Support For Car Serviceing & insurance
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls related to car servicing and insurance
- Assist customers with service booking, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
- Provide accurate information on car service packages, insurance plans, renewals, and add-ons
- Support customers with insurance renewal reminders, documentation, and basic claims guidance
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer records and call logs in CRM systems
- Coordinate with service centers, insurance teams, and internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to call quality standards, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
- Achieve daily and monthly call and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow up with customers post-service or insurance interaction to ensure satisfaction
The shift is completely for full time, no part-time accepted.
