We're Hiring: Pre-Sales Executive (Tele-caller)

Fourstep Infra is growing, and we're looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to be the first voice our prospective clients hear. If you're a confident communicator who thrives on the phone, enjoys the challenge of turning a cold lead into a warm opportunity, and wants to build a career in sales from the ground up — we'd like to talk to you.

About the RoleAs a Pre-Sales Executive, you'll be the front line of our sales engine — reaching out to prospects, qualifying interest, and setting up the meetings that our Sales team closes. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with real, visible impact on the business from day one.

What You'll Do•     Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound enquiries.

•     Qualify leads against our target customer profile — not every call is a fit, and knowing the difference is part of the job.

•     Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales team and keep the CRM accurately updated.

•     Follow up on warm and cold leads with persistence and a positive attitude.

•     Flag high-potential leads quickly so nothing falls through the cracks.

What We're Looking For•     0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer service — strong communicators fresh out of college are welcome to apply.

•     Clear, confident verbal communication and genuine comfort with phone-based work.

•     Resilience — you don't take "not interested" personally, and you keep your energy up call after call.

•     Basic comfort with computers, CRM tools, and MS Office.

•     A degree (any stream) or equivalent is preferred but not the deciding factor — attitude matters more to us.
