Telecaller

MASH Web Solutions LLP is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to verify customer addresses and pin codes for orders placed on our e-commerce website. This is an outbound telecalling role, where you will connect with customers across India to ensure accurate order delivery information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to verify their address and pincode for e-commerce orders.
• Update and cross-check customer information based on the provided Excel sheet.
• Handle customer queries related to order verification in a professional manner.
• Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up on unresolved issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily call targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to update and manage Excel sheets.
• Ability to handle customer conversations with patience and clarity.
• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling experience is an added advantage.
