Job Description – Front Line Manager (FLM) | Sales
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join as Front Line Managers (FLM) in the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agents.
Train and coach the team to improve productivity and sales performance.
Drive business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate preferred.
0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, insurance, BFSI or related fields.
Freshers with good communication and leadership potential can also apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal and team-management skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to build a career in sales leadership.
