Visa Counsellor

1. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist clients and candidates with visa application procedures and documentation.
2. Provide information about different types of visas, including Work Visa, Tourist Visa, Business Visa, and Employment Visa.
3. Explain overseas job opportunities, visa processes, eligibility criteria, and requirements to candidates.
4. Guide candidates regarding passport, educational certificates, experience certificates, and other required documents.
5. Check and verify candidate documents before submitting visa applications.
6. Handle candidate inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
7. Explain visa processing timelines, service charges, and payment procedures transparently.
8. Coordinate with embassies, immigration consultants, employers, and overseas recruitment teams.
9. Maintain candidate records, application status, and follow-up reports.
10. Follow up with candidates regarding pending documents, interviews, and visa updates.
11. Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the visa processing procedure.
12. Maintain professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
