Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience to join our project team at Dahej, Gujarat.

Freshers with strong site knowledge can be considered

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the project site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.

• Site Execution Knowledge of: RCC, foundations, structural works, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing
• Drawing Reading: Ability to read and understand Civil, Structural and Architectural drawings Setting Out
• Basic knowledge of: levels, grid lines, center lines and setting-out works
• Quantity & Measurement: Taking site measurements, preparing quantity sheets and checking contractor bills
• BOQ: Knowledge Understanding of BOQ items, specifications and basic rate analysis
• Quality Control: Checking workmanship, dimensions, reinforcement, concrete, shuttering and construction materials RCC Knowledge
• Basic understanding of reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, curing and cube testing
• Surveying Basic knowledge of Auto Level / Total Station is preferred
• Site Supervision, monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work follows drawings and specifications coordination, Coordinate with contractors, consultants, structural/architectural teams and MEP agencies, Progress Monitoring Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records and work-status updates
• Safety Basic understanding of construction-site safety, PPE and safe work practices Software AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an advantage Documentation DPR, measurement sheets, checklists, inspection requests, material records and site photographs, good communication and reporting skills; ability to coordinate with site teams.
