Job Type: Field Sales Executive
Job Location: Pan India
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and meet new merchants.
- Explain PhonePe products and services.
- Register and onboard new merchants.
- Generate leads and increase business.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with merchants.
- Follow up with merchants regularly.
- Help resolve basic merchant issues.
- Complete required documentation.
- Submit daily sales reports.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in field sales or business development.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and market visits.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Required DocumentsAadhaar Card
- PAN Card
