Job Description


  1. Sales Targets: Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
  2. Staff Management: Manage staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
  3. Sales Performance: Monitor individual sales, ticket value, upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer handling and resolve complaints.
  5. Stock Management: Maintain stock accuracy and prevent shortages, negative stock and discrepancies.
  6. Cash Management: Ensure correct billing, cash reconciliation and timely bank deposits.
  7. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, product displays and overall store presentation.
  8. Product Knowledge: Ensure staff have proper knowledge of products, offers and promotions.
  9. SOP Compliance: Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures.
  10. Daily Reporting: Submit daily sales, target achievement and operational reports to Head Office.
  11. Problem Reporting: Immediately report stock discrepancies, cash shortages and operational issues.
  12. Overall Accountability: Take responsibility for store performance, staff productivity and smooth daily operations.
