Back Office Executive:

Location: Head Office, DLW, Varanasi



About us: Kartik Steels and Kalawati Steels is a 35+ year old steel and building materials group based in Varanasi. We are hiring sharp, tech savvy women to run our back office and keep sales, dispatch and records perfectly coordinated.

Key responsibilities

·        Order processing, dispatch coordination and daily follow ups with the sales team.

·        Prepare MIS reports and dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets.

·        Handle email and WhatsApp communication with dealers, customers and suppliers in clear English.

·        Maintain records, documents and data entry in the ERP accurately.

·        Support management with reports, presentations and coordination tasks.

Requirements

·        Post Graduate is the minimum.

·        Excellent written and spoken English.

·        Very strong with computers: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, email, ERP.

·        Organised, quick and comfortable handling many tasks at once.

·        Must be based in Varanasi.

Preferred

·        Experience in sales coordination, MIS or back office in any industry.
