Telecalling Sales / Recovery Executive
Requirements:
- 🎓 Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- 🎯 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling, Sales, Collection or Recovery
- 📜 DRA Certificate Mandatory
- 🗣️ Communication: Hindi speaking; basic English preferred
- 💰 Outstanding payment, EMI & recovery process ki basic knowledge
- 📞 Customer follow-up aur payment recovery ke liye regular calling
- 🎯 Target-oriented aur customer ko convince karne ki ability
- Age: 20–60 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer ko call karke outstanding payment/EMI ke liye follow-up karna, payment commitment lena aur assigned recovery targets achieve karna.
