Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer to join Mastermind Gurukul. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions in Digital Marketing to students or team members, ensuring they gain hands-on skills in current marketing trends, tools, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive classroom and practical sessions on various Digital Marketing modules.
• Teach topics like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
• Design training materials, session plans, presentations, and practical assignments.
• Evaluate Students’ performance, projects, and participation.
• Provide real-time case studies and live project exposure.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives of Sister concerns of the company.
• Maintain student records, feedback, and assessment data.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, WordPress, New Updates On Artificial Intelligence etc.
• Ability to explain concepts to beginners clearly and patiently.

• Passion for Teaching and Mentoring.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Creative mind-set and updated knowledge of the industry marketing trends.
