Field Sales Executive

We're hiring driven, self-motivated Sales Executives/Interns to sell EduManage ERP to schools and colleges. This is a performance-based role with uncapped, recurring earning potential — the harder you work, the more you earn, every single month.

What You'll Earn:

• Up to 25% commission on every sale, based on performance
• Commission is recurring — earn every month the school stays subscribed, not just once
• Example: Close a school with 500 students (₹10/student/month plan) → monthly value ₹5,000 → earn ₹1,250/month from that one school alone, recurring. Close 10 such schools → earn ₹12,500+/month on autopilot, on top of new sales
• Paid monthly
