We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Hair Dresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and client consultation, along with the ability to deliver high-quality salon services and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, Rebonding, smoothening, and treatments.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the work area
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Handle premium/regular clients with professionalism and build long-term relationships
• Assist in training junior staff and guiding team members when required
• Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance customer experience and revenue

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Dresser or Hair Stylist
• Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of modern hair trends and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Hair Styling / Cosmetology
• Experience in reputed salons or premium brands
• Basic knowledge of hair care products and treatments
