होटल स्टाफ (हाउसकीपिंग कम असिस्टेंट मैनेजर) – जॉब डिसक्रिप्शन

पद का नाम: हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ (हाउसकीपिंग / cook/ असिस्टेंट मैनेजर)

स्थान: [Hotel surya inn babatpur varanasi - ss public school ke samne]

अनुभव: 0-2 वर्ष (अनुभव को वरीयता दी जाएगी)

योग्यता: न्यूनतम 12वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट, कंप्यूटर और प्रिंटर चलाने का सामान्य ज्ञान आवश्यक

📋 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

1. अतिथि कक्षों की सफाई और तैयारी करना (Clean & Ready Rooms for Guests)

2. झाड़ू लगाना, पोछा लगाना, धूल हटाना और लिनन को बदलना

3. बेड बनाना, तौलिए बदलना

4. होटल के सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों जैसे लॉबी, रिसेप्शन आदि की नियमित सफाई

5. उपयोग किए गए सामान की भरपाई और स्टॉक मेंटेन करना

6. गेस्ट के चेक-इन से पहले रूम पूरी तरह तैयार करना

7. रिपोर्ट तैयार करना, स्टाफ शेड्यूल बनाना और मैनेजर को सहायता देना

8. गेस्ट की शिकायतों का समाधान करना और साफ-सुथरा वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना

✅ आवश्यक योग्यताएं:


पढ़ा-लिखा हो (कम से कम 12वीं पास)

कंप्यूटर (लैपटॉप), प्रिंटर, मेल आदि का सामान्य ज्ञान

शारीरिक रूप से सक्रिय और जिम्मेदार

सफाई और हाइजीन के उच्च मानकों को समझता हो

टीम में काम करने की क्षमता

ईमानदार, समय के पाबंद और मेहमाननवाज़
