Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth employee and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and end-to-end hiring process.
- Source candidates through job portals, calls and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Handle joining formalities, employee documentation and HR records.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee-related queries.
- Assist in payroll processing, PF & ESIC-related activities.
- Prepare HR letters, notices and other documentation.
- Support employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate with management and different departments for HR requirements.
