Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve tea, coffee and water to management, staff and visitors.
2. Carry files, bills, challans and documents between departments.
3. Deliver fabric samples, shade cards and design samples as instructed.
4. Assist with sample packing, courier dispatch and receiving parcels.
5. Handle photocopying, printing and basic office errands.
6. Maintain office cleanliness and arrange stationery and other supplies.
7. Support management and other departments with assigned work.
Office Rules
● Maintain punctuality, discipline and cleanliness.
● Do not leave the premises without permission.
● Avoid personal mobile phone use during working hours.
● Handle fabric samples and documents carefully.
● Maintain confidentiality of customer designs and business information.
● Follow management instructions and report any loss or damage immediately.
