📌 Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Advisor to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, arranging site visits, explaining our residential projects, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with leads received through various platforms.
• Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable plots/flats.
• Make regular calls and communicate with customers through WhatsApp.
• Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and assist throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and management team for bookings and documentation.
• Stay updated about local real estate market trends and competing projects.
• 🎯 RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with calling and field/site visits.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM and MS Office.
• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, banking, insurance, automobile or other sales roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

💰 Salary & IncentivesSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
