Right Recruitments is hiring – Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Agency Channel) | Varanasi | Multiple Positions
Field sales experience from any sector is welcome. Candidates from BFSI / Insurance get preference.
This role is in the AGENCY CHANNEL – your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors and drive business through them.
What the job actually is:
We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies. You will build and manage your own team of life insurance advisors in Varanasi and grow sales through them.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and develop life insurance advisors / agents
- Drive insurance sales through your advisor network and achieve targets
- Do joint field calls with advisors and guide them regularly
- Build long-term relationships with advisors for retention
- Conduct product and process training; follow IRDAI / company norms
What we are looking for:
- Graduate (any stream); 1–5 years in field sales / agency development / financial services
- At least 1 year in your current or last company (job stability is a must)
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Strong local network and people skills; local candidates of Varanasi
Compensation: Fixed ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (up to ₹3 LPA) + attractive incentives
