Job Description:

AHS IT Services is hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell digital advertising, business promotion services, and subscription-based marketing packages to local businesses in Varanasi.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting shops, showrooms, offices, and other commercial establishments, meeting business owners, explaining available packages, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local businesses and meet shopkeepers, vendors, and business owners.

- Promote and sell digital advertising and business promotion subscription packages.

- Explain service features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

- Generate new leads through daily market visits and customer interactions.

- Convert prospective customers into paying clients.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and completed sales.

- Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and service activation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good Hindi communication and moderate English convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field visits and direct customer interactions.

- Basic smartphone and digital application knowledge.

- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or advertising sales preferred.

- Knowledge of Varanasi's local markets will be an advantage.

- Must have a two-wheeler vehicle.

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary + Incentives.
