Location: Varanasi (Local + Occasional Outstation Travel)

Type: Full-Time | Probation cum OJT – 6 Months

Reports To: MD – Sales & Operations

💼 Position Overview: Sales & Service Executive (On-Field Role)This is a hybrid field role where you’ll be responsible for both sales acquisition and basic technical service for our aroma diffusers and fragrance products. You’ll meet clients, perform demos, ensure AMC visits, handle minor installations/refills, and support service continuity.

You are expected to be tech-aware, professionally presentable, and self-driven with the confidence to handle both sales and service interactions across Varanasi and nearby cities.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site client visits for product demo, installation, and AMC support
  • Identify and pitch Agrim’s fragrance solutions to new leads (B2B & premium retail)
  • Maintain customer relationships and handle AMC renewals/service feedback
  • Troubleshoot basic diffuser issues or escalate as needed to the technical team
  • Maintain lead records, service logs, and client history via CRM / Google Forms
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock, installation, and logistics planning
  • Submit daily visit reports and updates via company reporting tools
  • Occasionally travel outstation for demos or AMC visits (expenses reimbursed up to ₹5,000)


🎯 Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
  • Sales ability with client handling confidence
  • Basic understanding of diffuser machines and willingness to learn troubleshooting
  • Tech-savvy: Google Forms, Maps, WhatsApp, CRM tools (Bizverse or similar)
  • Time management and daily planning discipline
  • Experience in fragrance, FMCG, appliance, or hospitality service is a plus
  • Positive attitude, grooming sense, and readiness to be the brand face


📜 Eligibility

  • Graduate (any stream); ITI or diploma holders with good communication skills can apply
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome if confident and field-ready)
  • Own two-wheeler preferred for on-field mobility
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Varanasi

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on profile and interview)
  • Performance Incentives applicable after the third month
  • Travel Allowance:
  • No local TA during the first 6-month probation period
  • Outstation travel allowance up to ₹5,000/month (subject to actuals and management approval)
