Position: Sales Promoter
Location: Varanasi
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + ₹5,000 Incentive + Accommodation
Job Overview
ARKIVA is looking for energetic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters to join our team in Varanasi. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating ARKIVA branded sales carts, promoting products, engaging with customers, and generating direct sales at key locations across the city.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage ARKIVA branded sales carts.
Promote ARKIVA products and engage with customers.
Generate direct sales and achieve daily sales targets.
Maintain proper product display and cart cleanliness.
Handle day-to-day cart operations efficiently.
Create awareness about ARKIVA products in the assigned location.
Maintain professional customer relationships.
Represent the ARKIVA brand professionally in the market.
Maintain basic daily sales records and reports.
Candidate Requirements
Energetic, confident and customer-friendly personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales/Promotional experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
