Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Education Counselor to join our Varanasi branch. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals regarding NDMIT's courses and career programs.
• Understand prospective students' career goals, educational background, and requirements.
• Explain course structure, curriculum, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper lead records.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions and institute visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with the training and branch teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and update CRM/lead tracking systems.
• Handle objections related to fees, course selection, career opportunities, and other admission concerns.
• Support junior counselors and contribute to improving the counseling and conversion process.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Career Counseling, Inside Sales, Admissions, EdTech, or Training Institutes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to independently handle leads and counseling sessions.
