Social Media Specialist

**Social Media Specialist - The LexSphere**

Location: Kandwa, Chitaipur, Varanasi

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on interview and experience)

**Social media and content**

- Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X for The LexSphere and allied brands

- Planning and running a monthly content calendar across reels, carousels, shorts and static posts

- Writing captions, hooks and hashtags in Hindi, English and Hinglish

- Basic video editing and reel assembly (CapCut, VN or Premiere Rush) and thumbnail creation

- Designing carousels and posters in Canva as per brand guidelines

- Coordinating with the design, script and video editing team for daily output

- Community management: replying to comments, DMs and inbound enquiries within the day

- Meta Ads and boosted post handling, budget tracking and lead form monitoring

- Google Business Profile updates, posts and review responses

- Basic SEO for blogs and YouTube: titles, descriptions, tags, keywords

- Monthly analytics reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth and leads generated

**Office and client work**

- Telecalling and telesales: handling inbound enquiries and outbound calls to prospective clients

- Lead generation through calls, email, WhatsApp and social platforms

- Email marketing: drafting campaigns, sending, tracking responses and following up

- Client handling: coordination, appointment scheduling, follow-ups and feedback

- CRM and database management: client records, call logs and lead status

- Daily and weekly MIS reporting to management

- Coordinating with internal teams for client deliverables

- Payment follow-up and invoice coordination

- Preparing quotations, proposals and engagement letters from existing templates

**Requirements**

- Graduate in any stream. Mass communication, marketing or design background preferred

- Clear spoken Hindi and working English, confident on calls

- Hands-on with Canva, Meta Business Suite and at least one video editing app

- MS Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business

- Able to show a portfolio: pages handled, reels edited or campaigns run

- Organised, meets deadlines without reminders

- Discretion in handling confidential client information

- 1-2 years of social media or agency experience preferred. Strong freshers with a portfolio may apply
