Telecalling Executive

AKJ Academy is looking for a Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students and converting leads into course enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads and student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand students' exam goals, preparation needs and requirements.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses, batches and test series.
• Explain course features, fees, validity and enrolment process clearly.
• Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
• Handle student objections and queries professionally.
• Update and manage lead details, follow-ups and status in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with prospective students.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Courses/Exams: UGC NET, JRF, SET, Assistant Professor, PGT and other competitive examinations, primarily in Geography.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing, counselling and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, counselling, telecalling or EdTech will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Candidates with experience in the competitive-exam/EdTech sector will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
