About the Role:

MaxPremia Pvt Ltd is looking for a goal-oriented and motivated Insurance Sales & Renewal Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales of new insurance policies, and ensuring timely policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain various insurance plans (Health, Motor, Life, Commercial) to prospective clients and guide them toward the best coverage.
• Handle end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to policy issuance.
• Track upcoming policy expiration dates and contact existing clients to secure timely Portability and renewals.
• Resolve client queries, assist with claim processes, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain daily sales reports and meet monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
• Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi (knowledge of English is a plus).
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile apps for record management.
